This wonderful country house, ideal for a B&B or retreat is set in a 6000m2 plot, partly fenced.  The house is nestled in a staggeringly beautiful mountain setting.  There are neighbours but this particular house is very private and not overlooked.  Whilst private and relatively remote, the large bustling town of Crevillente is only 8 minutes away by car.

There is also a separate Casita with a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen.  This Casita is set away from the house with it's own private terrace.  There is a shower block with 4 showers adjoining the Casita which is currently unused but was designed for the Frenton court which in the past has been used for tournaments.
A large part of the land is fenced and used as a garden around the house  and is fully landscaped with a further large plot unfenced at the bottom of the property.  In the lower piece of land there is a cave which could be converted into a stable but is currently used as storage, there is also a chicken coop.
The outside space is made up of many areas, there is a car port, storage area and utility room.  A pool area with a 8m x 4m pool and a separate pool house for the pump etc, a bar, outside shower and outside bathroom.  
There is also an outside BBQ area and a separate building housing an indoor kitchen with cooking facilities.
The house has internet and a fixed telephone line. This property really has to be viewed to be appreciated.
