There are 2 beautiful large golf courses at 5 and 8 km. We are self-sufficient in terms of electrics (with many solar panels, large inverter, 24 batteries, and a large generator for backup), all the luxuries are present here. Our own home has a large living room and spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms, workspace/laundry room, and 1 spacious bathroom. I have heard many viewers say that it really does look much bigger and better than it does in the photos. We have our own electricity for, among other things, a large American fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, pool pump, for all accommodation for guests and camper friends, etc.
We packed all year with our regular camper friends, especially September-April with the pathfinders. The weather is almost always nice and warm here throughout the year. In winter it is here during the day on average 20 degrees! We want to sell this and continue living in the area, because the environment is so nice here.
The dry climate is very good for many physical ailments, so you hardly suffer anymore. Price including many extras, almost all inventory, electricity installation, WiFi throughout the fenced plot, regular guests and all the know-how. We live 1 km by paved rural road, from the pleasant and lively town of Aspe (22,000 inhabitants), 65 bars and restaurants, 4 large Chinese bazaars, Aldi, Mercadona and large supermarkets, 2 X weekly market, 2 large construction materials stores , painting workshops and many nice shops. 22 km from Alicante, sea and airport.
